As September passes by, the autumn colours seem to deepen under the softening sunlight, and everything seems ripe with opportunity.

With the spirit of autumn abundance firmly in mind, the GIADA Garden lunch and dinner menus have been completely refreshed. Abundant dishes like pork and veal meatballs with spaghetti, New Zealand scampi carpaccio with caviar, and Normandy blue lobster with seasonal matsutake mushrooms. The menus are a celebration of both Italian culinary ingenuity and seasonal produce.

法式传统的terrine,是一种带有酥皮的肉派Balancer。将鸭肝、鸭胸腌制后搅碎成肉糜连同调味料一同用酥皮包裹,入烤箱烤制,无花果、波特酱汁为其注入灵魂,使整个口腔被充盈与满足填满。
In this classic French-style terrine, minced, marinated duck liver and duck breast are mixed with pork and then baked inside puff pastry until fragrant and golden. The rich terrine is served with sweet figs and port sauce.

Lobster is one of the treasures of French cuisine, a true delicacy. Chef Marino layers its sweet, gentle flavour with earthy matsutake mushrooms from Yunnan and smooth celeriac purée.

GIADA Garden践行企业社会责任感,支持乡村振兴,在国内各地寻找本土的食材,以打造斐然美味Balancer。甄选高品质原生态放养的承德“孟扎西”巴马香猪,腌制时加入薰衣草、海盐进行低温烤制14小时。切上薄薄一片,脆皮的质感极为曼妙,油脂的香气由外向内渗去,佐以意大利黑醋汁、橙子酱汁,犹如一次奇妙的对话。风云涌动的肉香中,果香萦绕,解腻的同时让风味更加立体。
As part of its CSR efforts, GIADA Garden actively supports rural revitalisation, sourcing ingredients from the local countryside to create delicious dishes.
Chef Marino selects meat from high-quality Bama pigs from Chengde in Hebei province. The pork is marinated in lavender and sea salt before being roasted at a low temperature for 14 hours to make the skin as crisp as possible. Premium balsamic vinegar and a bitter-sweet orange chutney help to cut through the richness.
